March Faves

Click for full size

The end of the month always makes me think that I have nothing for this post, but then end up with too many items and a feeling I buy too much stuff. March did bring me some great items, and some finds that had been hidden away in my collection.

Delon Mango Body Butter
I have had this for a year or so, but hadn't really used it much. It was gifted to me, and I have to honest, I thought that it might be a cheap product, but the the quality of it is really great. It is thick and creamy and just as good as a Body Shop body butter. I've been using this on my feet in the morning before I put my socks on and it helps moisturize my dry feet. It is great on other body parts as well, but I tend to just use it on my feet.

Hard Candy Fox in a Box blush in "Smooth Talker"
I reviewed this here, and as I said I haven't worn any other blush (for the most part) since I bought this. The peachy-pink shade with a hint of glow- it's the perfect shade.

Word Treasures Olivie Moisturizing Olive Hand Cream
I have googled this and can't find it anywhere, so I have no idea where you can buy it or anything about it... it is one of the items I got last year when I took part in Elle Magazine's Beauty Grand Prix ( I vow not to miss the entries this year!) and I forgot about it. I was rooting through a drawer when I found this and started using it again. This hand cream absorbs fast and doesn't leave a sticky or oily residue and it has a fresh green apple scent that is really natural and a pick me up. I plan on taking this one to work for on my desk.

Reviva Labs Makeup Primer
I am so loving this primer! I have quite a collection of primers, and honestly quite a few of them don't do anything, but this one is a gem. I could go on and on, but to see my full review check it out here.

Annabelle Smudgeliner in Wired
I have had Oh My Goth (black) for a while and was always meaning to try out other shades. I finally did; Wired is a deep bronze-y shade with fine gold glitter. It is a really great shade and it applies beautifully.

Rimmel Perfect Match Skin Tone Adjusting Concealer
I'm planning on posting my review of this tomorrow, so I'm not going to say too much, but this is now one of my favourite concealers.

MAC Boy Bait Cremesheen Glass and Naked Frost Lipglass
I was very lazy with my lip colour last month (and so far this month) and wore Boy Bait almost everyday. It is a great sheer nude on it's own and goes well with just about every colour lip stick. I wore a fair bit of Naked Frost as well, it is a tad frosty on it's own (not to mention sticky) but a little dab on top of any other gloss and it creates a pretty bronze-ish glow. It goes really well on Boy Bait.

Maybelline "Give Me Gold" Colour Plush Silk Eyeshadow
I received the collection of these a while ago (quite a while ago now actually) and I never really gave them the love they deserve. When I first used them I had fallout issues, but I know now to pat it on, not sweep and to use a good primer to prevent creasing. The colours in this quad are super pigmented and smooth. I love how easy it is to get a complete look without even having to think about it.
