Review: Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencils in Stash & Bourbon

A few weeks ago Haute Look had Urban Decay on sale. I hemmed and hawed, but eventually ended up with a few things. The first item I got my hands on were the 24/7 liners. For the discount price of $9 I got two travel size liners. These are 0.8g compared to the 1.2g of the full size. When you do the math, you're ultimately getting 0.4g more than a full size liner for just few dollars more than one full size liner since full size retails for $19. Now that we have that out of the way...

Like most of us, I have a ton of eyeliners. Most of them are okay, average. A couple are great, but only a few are hands down amazing. These? They fall into the later category. I love these!  LOVE.

First, the formula. These liners are waterproof, but unlike most of the waterproof formulas I've used, these aren't rock hard. They're creamy and smooth and apply so easily. They glide on with one sweep and leave a beautifully pigmented line. You have to act fast to smudge or correct though, because once these set they are set for good. Nothing but makeup remover is going to get this liner off.

Stash is a dark green/ antique gold shade. I love the shade and don't have anything like it. It is a nice alternative to basic brown since it looks great with neutral looks.

Bourbon is a brown with micro gold glitter. Having brown eyes, I've had a bout 10001 brown liners, but this one is special. You can actually see the gold, and the brown isn't so dark that it just looks black. I love this shade!

When I got my Naked palette, they had already switched to the brush instead of the dual ended liner. I thought the brush was a better option, since I didn't think I needed another liner that I probably  never use. I was so wrong. I would totally trade in 75% of my current liners for a stash of these. They are just that good. HG status for sure. Have you tried these liners? Which shade is your fave?
