Review: Fresh Sugar Lip Treatment

I've done a bit of haul damage the last little while, and now I have a ton of goodies to blog. Problem is, where to start? I couldn't decide, so I figured I might as well get through a few things I've already been loving.

As most know, the Sephora Insiders Birthday gift this year is a set of Fresh Sugar Lip Treatments (balms.) I was excited when I got mine, as I have heard a lot of love going around for the product, but at $22 (and more depending on which on you choose) they're a bit pricey, and I never indulged in owing one. That was before I tried them!

The mini set includes an original balm and a rose tinted balm. I was nervous about the rose one being rose scented, as I'm not the biggest fan of rose, but they both have a really nice lemon sugar scent. They feel instantly moisturizing on lips, but still light, and not heavy and thick feeling. I love the addition of SPF 15 too, nobody wants toasty lips. While these are not full size, you are still getting 4.4 g of product between the two. For comparison a full size balm is 4.3 g, not too shabby at all! And these are super purse safe, as the cap screws on making is super secure for when it tumbles around in the bottom of your bag.

I really love this balm, and may have already picked up a full size... Maybe! I love how many different tints that are available. I opted for Plum, but I'm kinda thinking I'd like to have the Coral one as well.Have you tried this balm? Which variety do you like best?

  1. I got this as my birthday gift as well, but haven't tried it. The assistant told me it was her winter essential :)

  2. Looks great! I'm patiently waiting for my birthday month to try this. :)
