Swatched: Zoya Jane

Zip it. I know some of you reading this just let out a "Owah, not a sheer... sheers suck."

Under most circumstances, I'd agree BUT sheers can come in handy from time to time. Besides being great for layering with glitters, they are fast for those times when you want a clean manicured look, but don't necessarily have time to do an opaque shade. Sheers can be quickly slapped on, they rarely ever need clean up (regardless of how bad you are with a brush) and they go with any outfit and they can look classy and put together. Not to shabby, if you ask me.

Jane is a sheer milky white polish. Like most milky shades, you can get a little bit of streaking, but nothing to deter this from being a stand up shade. I love how it has the ability to make my nails look so fresh and polished; my tips look bright, and my nail beds a healthy pink. It's like a mini French mani in a bottle!

In the photos I've used three coats to make sure it would read well in photos, but two is all you really need. Also, the shine is all Jane, no topcoat was used. It's that shiny!

Overall, this is a very handy polish to have in your stash. Even if you aren't a lover of sheers, I say check this one out.

And, if you're as impressionable as I am, this goes along perfectly with this polish ( I was humming it the whole time I wrote this...):
