Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure Fall 2014

sally hansen complete salon manicure fall 2014 (1)

Before we get to the goods, I have to give mention to a movie, or film I should say (it's that good)- Short Term 12. I've had it on my to watch pile for so long, and finally did, and was incredibly impressed. It's a rather heavy movie, but so good. I don't want to give anything away, but just watch it. It doesn't disappoint. Okay, onto the polish! The Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure range has seven new additions for Fall 2014 and I have five to show you- much like Short Term 12, they're really good! Read on!

sally hansen complete salon manicure fall 2014- camelflage

Camelflage is a light, camel cream. This shade looks darker in the bottle than it does on the nail, but is a gorgeous creamy nude. The shade is quite neutral, so it should work for most skin tones. The formula is amazing- one coat would have been perfect had I expected such pigmentation. Two coats.

sally hansen complete salon manicure fall 2014- fe fi fo plum

Fe Fi Fo Plum is a medium. blue based purple cream. The shade has a slight dustiness which gives the shade a little more of an Autumnal twist. Formula was thin feeling, but built nicely in two coats.

sally hansen complete salon manicure fall 2014- branch out

Branch Out is a deep, red-toned brown with hidden copper shimmer. I love the addition of the copper shimmer, but I wish there was just a bit more so it would glow through the base a bit more. Great formula- two coats.

On Pines and Needles is a deep, teal kissed, forest green with shimmering green well... shimmer. In the bottle, this looks to be a straight cream, but on the nail you get the gorgeous shimmer, which is just wow! I love that the shimmer is just enough to give this a lit from within glow. Love it! Two coats.

sally hansen complete salon manicure fall 2014- dark huemoor

Good Huemoor is a deep, inky navy blue cream. It's not the most unique shade, but still, it's a stunner. A great formula in terms of application- two coats- but it does stain EVERYTHING. Your skin, your nails, your cuticles, everything. Be warned.

Overall, great additions to the Comple Salon Manicure lineup. My must haves are Camelflage and On Pines and Needles, and Good Huemoor should your collection be lacking an inky blue. Like any of these shades? What are your favourite shades for fall?
