Avon Gel Finish Nail Enamel | New Shades!

new avon gel finish iceberg and alaska (1)

I've been an A+ student today... In the subject of procrastination. I don't even want to admit how long it took me to actually start this post, but let's just say I could have written it a few times by now. It was just one of those days where everything else was too appealing (and by everything I mean the usual time sucks- Facebook, Instagram, emails... you know.) Not that these new Avon Gel Finish Nail Enamels aren't (appealing, that is.) I love the formula (see my first review here) so I'm quite happy to see two new additions to the range. Read on for a closer look of Iceberg White and Alaska.

Iceberg White is an off white cream with an exceptional formula. How many one coat whites can you think of... Not many, right? Okay, I used two, but this polish is almost a one coater. I'm sure you could get there with careful application. Not a streak to be seen, no dragging, and no patchiness, just smooth, even colour.

Alaska is a dirty, sea-foam cream. The formula was a little bit on the thick side, but didn't cause any issues when applied, but had the same easy flow as Iceberg Whit. Two coats.

Overall, I love these! They're perfect for winter and the formula has the same shiny, durable finish as the original shades, which I find do wear quite well. Granted, not as long a true gel polish, but you get the idea. Have you tried any shades from this range? Like these shades?
