Equitance Sunscreen Broad Spectrum SPF 36

Sunscreen should be part of your everyday routine by now *hint, hint* but if it's not, it should at very least make an appearance come warmer, sunnier months. But seriously, save yo' skin and get slathering that stuff on the daily. Finding a good sunscreen for the body is usually pretty easy- check this post out if you need some suggestions- but the face, well, that can be a little bit trickier. I look for a formula that's lightweight, non-greasy, wears well under makeup, and doesn't break me out. Oh, and moisturizing, if possible. Is that too much to ask for? Equitance doesn't seem to think so. They offer up an impressive formula that protects and perfects skin. Read to find out why I've been loving Equitance Sunscreen Broad Spectrum SPF 36.

Kat Von D Ink Liner | Hemingway, Bosch & Baudelaire

Liquid eyeliner can be intimidating. I know I avoided it for quite some time, but, it can be such a wonderful thing- once you get used to applying it. Granted, everyone has their off days, but practice does make perfect. One way to lesson the chances for disaster, is to opt for a pen style liner. They usually offer more control, and you don't have to keep going back for more product. One pen style liner I've been loving lately are the Kat Von D Ink Liners in Hemingway, Bosch, and Baudelaire. Black may be classic, but these shades give a little added interest to your basic cat-eye flick.

Mary Kay Beauty That Counts NouriShine Plus Lip Gloss

I think I'm getting sick. Yay! I've felt just that little bit off that past day or two, and it's really annoying. I'd rather just be sick and and get it over and done with. Oh well. Not much I can do. Well, I can take a few moments to chat about the new, limited edition, Mary Kay Beauty That Counts NouriShine Plus Lip Gloss, because obviously, lip gloss is always a good thing. It's even better when it gives back.

Sephora Collection Brushes | Pro Contour #79 & Pro Contour Highlight #80

I still remember my first set of brushes. They were from Avon, navy blue handles, with gold ferrules and black bristles. They likely cost no more than about $10-$12 but I had them for quite some time. Brushes are kind of like any other type of makeup, as they're highly collectable and you really never can have too many (well, until it comes time to cleaning them anyway.) I've recently added a few Sephora Collection brushes to my stash- the Sephora Collection Pro Contour Brush #79 and the Sephora Collection Pro Contour Highlight Brush #80. Interested in hearing how they fare? Of course you do, read on!

Drugstore Lovin' | Dial Spring 2015

Makeup and skincare are undoubtedly fun, but there's another category that doesn't always get a lot of love- the staples. Everyday necessities, like body wash and hand soap. There are only two people in my household, but we fly through hand soap.... I really only have two main must haves when it comes to both body wash and hand soap: it's got to smell great and not be drying. Coincidentally, Dial happens to tick both those boxes with their new offerings. I have a few items from their new Miracle Oil and Coconut Water & Mango ranges. Read on!

Jurlique Purely Age-Defying Nourishing Cleansing Oil

I love discovering new skincare products, but lately I've been particularly fond of micellar water (I'm on a one woman mission to try them all) serums, and cleansing oils. Cleansing oils are miraculous multi-taskers as they melt away face and eye makeup, gently cleanse, and do so without being stripping. The thing is, they aren't all created equally- an oily film is never fun. I've been using the new Jurlique Purely Age-Defying Nourishing Cleansing Oil and it's.... Well, you'll just have to read on to find out!

Mary Kay Mineral Cheek Colour Duos

It's not officially Summer quite yet, but today totally feels like it- it's hot! One hot weather beauty tip I employ quite often is a less is more theory that employs a few coats (okay, a lot) of mascara and a sweep of bright blush. Simple, but effective, and you'll look like you spent way more time primping than you actually did. Plus, no one wants to sport a full face when it's swelter-y. Blushes that fit the bill perfectly, just happen to come in the form of the new Mary Kay Mineral Cheek Duos which combine a punchy matte blush, and soft, radiant highlight. Read on for a better look!

L'Oreal Colour Riche La Palette Nude 2

It's almost impossible to think of the days before nude/neutral palettes were all the rage, but they did exist... (didn't they?) I'm trying to think back to when I bought my first palette- a Cover Girl quad, with purples and pinks, waaay back in seventh grade- but I don't remember neutrals. Of course, at that age I was probably a bit neutral blind, as a true love of them develops with age. Regardless, neutrals are here to say, and for good reason- there is literally something for everyone. L'Oreal has jumped on the neutral train with two new nude palettes that bring a bit of a higher-end look and feel to the drugstore. Read on for a closer look at L'Oreal Colour Riche La Palette Nude 2!

Nair Moroccan Argan Oil | Cire Divine & Ultimate Roll-on Wax

There are a handful of summer-weather themes that are recycled year after year- SPF, bronzer/tanning, beach hair, and of course, hair removal. The more clothing that comes off, the more hair that needs to go too, obviously. There are a ton of options to get rid of the fuzz, but Nair is kind of the queen of at home hair removal solutions. New to their roster of removal remedies is the Nair Moroccan Argan Oil range inducing Cire Divine for Legs & Body and Ultimate Roll-on Face Wax. Interested? Read on!

Sun Seekers | SPF for Face, Body & Hair

Yesterday was the first warm day of the season (yay!) which can only mean one thing... Okay, that's not true, it can mean quite a few things, but on the top of my warm weather must-have list is always SPF. I'm not much of a sun seeker myself, as I don't particularly like being hot and I'm pale, and am just fine staying that way. Plus, I burn pretty easily. If you think my face is on the pale side, imagine a body at least three shades lighter. That said, sunscreen is a necessity. While I use it year round on my face, you've got to up the ante come summer rays. Read on for a selection of excellent options for face, body, and hair!

OPI Colour Paints Blendable Nail Lacquer

Who's excited about OPI Colour Paints? There has been a lot of buzz surrounding their release, as there wasn't a whole lot of solid info and the premise is unlike other polishes we've seen before. So, what are they? Sheer, but build-able, and blendable shades that can be used to create an endless array of nail art. Interested? Read on for swatches and my nail art creation.

Essie Flowerista Collection | Spring 2015

"Florals? For spring? Groundbreaking."
True, true, Miranda. Florals and floral themes are far from unusual come spring, but they're classic, and a refreshing change of pace from darker winter hues. Essie has taken a floral theme and given it a bit of a shake up shade wise with nudes, grey, teals and plum for their spring 2015 collection. These aren't your average spring shades. Read on for a look at Essie Flowerista Collection!
