Jurlique Herbal Recovery Advanced Serum

Jurlique herbal recovery advanced serum  (3)

I like skincare, and usually find enjoyment in my morning/evening routine, but every so often I get complacent (and a touch lazy) and end up backsliding. Don't judge me, we've all been there. I was in one of those funks when the Jurlique Herbal Recovery Advanced Serum came into my life, and subsequently whipped my skin back into shape. Actually, its even better then before. Interested in this gem of a product? Read on!

Jurlique Herbal Recovery Advanced Serum is basically a power smoothie for your face as it's packed with 18 botanical extracts, vitamins, and essential fatty acids. All combined, it creates an 'active antioxidant serum to protect against environmental aggressors and support natural cell regeneration for healthy-looking, glowing skin' I couldn't put that any better, so direct quote it is.

As mentioned, this serum has a lot going on- the whole garden came together for this one- but the main components are worth a mention:
  • Naturadiance PB18+: Combination of 15 bio-Intrinsic botanical extracts with three breakthrough natural ingredients to deliver potent antioxidant properties to help protect, revitalize, and enhance your skin’s recovery cycle.
  • Persian Silk Tree Extract: Helps shield against environmental stress.
  • Whu-Zhu-Yu Extract: Possesses excellent microcirculation supporting and skin smoothing properties.
  • Peach Leaf Extract: Helps recover skin vitality and supports natural cellular regeneration.

With all of the botanical ingredients, this serum has an herbal-rose scent. Not going to lie, I wasn't so much a fan at first, but it's one of those scents that grows on you. The serum has a light, gel-cream type texture that feels quite wet when applied and does need a moment to absorb fully. Two pumps is sufficient for my entire face/neck, and leaves skin feeling refreshed and hydrated.

Overall, I've come to really enjoy this serum. The effects were visible within the first two weeks, with a brighter skin tone, and general fresh healthy look being most noticeable. With continued use, my skin is less prone to dryness (my 'problem' dry spots are significantly reduced), feels smoother and more supple, and overall, more radiant and well cared for. Generally speaking, my skin looks fantastic! Have you tried this serum? What do you look for in a serum?
