A little luxury is always nice, right? Charlotte Tilbury products definitely fit that bill with gorgeous hues, and an air of glamorous sophistication. Today is all about the incredibly pretty Charlotte Tilbury Luxury Eyeshadow Palette in Vintage Vamp. It's gold and burgundy hues create the perfect look for day and night and is well worth the splurge.

"With her bedroom eyes and wine-stained pout, the vintage vamp could give lessons in seduction. she’s smart, sexy and soulful – a truly intoxicating mix"

Luxury is literally in the name of this palette, and it's exactly what you get. From the signature Charlotte Tilbury deep brown and rose gold packaging, quality feel, and the tiny star (also a brand signature) on the mirror you can tell every detail was well though out. The palette has a weighty feel, with a nice sized mirror in the lid. The rose gold interior is stunning- how could rose gold be anything but? and the perfect background to the four shadows within.

The Vintage Vamp hues give a not to old Hollywood glamour, with a sexy twist. The shades work well for day and night, as the shade are designed to go "from desk to disco". The shadows range in texture, all have some form of sheen, shimmer of glitter. Although none are matte, they all work well together very cohesivly and don't look too frosty or glitzy for daytime wear. All of the shadows (save for the glitter) have a creamy, pigmented formula that glides on with ease and blends effortlessly.

The shades don't have individual names, but the first shade (the Prime shade) is a pink-kissed champagne shimmer. The second shade (the Enhance shade) is a burgundy satin. The third shade (the Pop shade) is a gold glitter. It's a firmer, drier shadow, and best dabbed onto the lid with a finger or damp brush to really get the most out of it. The last shade (the Smoke shade) is a deep, burgundy-brown. I used all four shades for the look above, although the glitter of the Pop shade was camera shy, with Charlotte Tilbury Full Fat Lashes Mascara. I love how the shades come together and how the burgundy works with my brown eyes, although, I think it will pop against all eye shades.

Overall, I love this palette! From the shades to the formula, it all works to create a gorgeous look. Have you tried this or any of the other Luxury palettes? Could you use a bit of luxury in your life?
