My nails take a beating on the regular. I do what I can to protect them, but they still go through the ringer. Gel polish, regular polish, glitter (and removal...) using them as tools, acetone.... It all takes it's toll. It's why I have a stash of treatments and treatment-polish hybrids to try and reverse a bit of the hell I put them through. Avon is making it easier to pamper my nails with their new True Colour Multi Benefit BB Nail Enamel.
As a community of beauty lovers, we see trends come and go, and with that see buzz words pop up and linger (for way too long.) One of such buzz words was/is BB. Don't get me wrong, I do love BB cream, but one can't just slap BB on whatever they want and make it so. In the case of these polishes, the BB term actually fits and is more than just a marketing ploy. The Multi Benefit Nail Enamel does a bit of everything (see below) while offering an opaque, glossy finish on nails. I was very happy to see that these aren't sheers, since that was what I was expecting.

Lilac Love is a whitened, pastel lilac. It's fresh and cute and boasts a very impressive formula as it is almost perfect with just one coat. I did need two, but for such a light shade, I'm impressed.
Perfectly Pink is more peachy than pink, but very pretty. It's thinner than the other shades, was a touch patchy, but did even out with just two coats.
Restoring Beige is, well... not beige. It is however, a warm, cocoa-nude. The formula is super easy and applies int two coats. As someone who always uses a base coat and top coat, it seemed wrong to skip it (especially the base) but these do apply smoothly on bare nails and dry to a glossy finish. Drying time is a bit slow (at least it felt like it) but that is mainly because I'm so used to a fast-dry top coat.
While I haven't used these long enough to report any benefit, I like the idea of a one-and-done treatment. These look great, and if they can help my nails a little it's a win-win/ What do you think? Tried these or want to?
