What's better than the makeup, skincare, or nails we usually chat about? Food, obviously. Not only are we talking snacks today, but more specifically we're talking Love with Food. What makes Love with Food so great is that they ship you a curated assortment of tasty snacks. They're not just your basic snacks though, they're better-for-you choices with everything being organic, all-natural, GMO, or gluten free. Or, put simply- no junk. Read on for all the info and a peek at what you can find in the August 2016 Deluxe Box.

Love with Food comes in a big, red box, so as soon as you check your mail, you know you've got snacks. I love all kinds of mail, but edible mail is even better. Inside the red box o'snacks is just that- snacks. Love with Food offers two sizes, with the Deluxe Box $25 (the one I received) being the larger (16-20 pieces) and the Tasting Box $9.99 being the smaller (8 + pieces) but is only available for US customers. For all the gluten-free folk, there is also the aptly named Gluten-Free Box $24.99 (10-12 pieces) which contains snack selections that are celiac-safe and mostly dairy-free.

Like most subscription services you can save a bit of coin if you subscribe for a longer duration. Love with Food offers annual, six, and three month or month-to-moth plans to suit all. They ship internationally (save for the Tasting Box) and are currently offering shipping at a mere $3.50.

Now, Love with Food does more than just feed you better snacks each month as each box also gives back. For each Deluxe and Gluten-Free box sold, Love with Food donates two meals to hungry children. The Tasting Box donates one meal.

Okay, I think that's all of the info out of the way. On to goods and what sort of eats you can expect. The August Deluxe Box has a family theme, so all of the foods are meant to please a wide variety of ages and be a fun addition in a packed lunch as back-to-school season is here. I received the following:
  • Peanut Butter & Co. Mighty Nut Vanilla Powdered Peanut Butter
  • Our Little Rebellion Carnival Kettle Popcorners x 2
  • EnviroKidz Granola Bar
  • Party-Tizers Veggie Dippin' Chips
  • Stoneridge Orchards Montmorency Cherries x 2
  • Got Snacks? Cinnamon Honey Roasted Coconut Chips
  • Sheffa Zesty Snack Mix
  • Fru-licious Fruit & Cream Smoothie Pop
  • Goodie Girl Quinoa Chocolate Chunk Cookies
  • Goodie Girl Midnight Brownie Cookies
  • Chimes Toasted Coconut Toffee x 3

There wasn't a single item not loved in my house. The three little Chimes Toasted Coconut Toffees were a nice touch too, as I've recently bought them and fallen in love with them. Seriously, there is little not to love with a coconut milk hard toffee. Anyway, I was very pleased with the selection and and that you get so much in the box. Considering snacks like this can not only be hard to find, but also on the pricier side, I feel like you get pretty great bang for your buck. What do you think? Are you into food subscription services?
