March is upon us, so you know what that means... Pearlesque Box! I've been especially excited about this month's box as it features Teadora, a brand I've been itching to try. I did try to order it (months ago now) but there were no international shipping options. I haven't checked back to see if they've updated their shipping policies, but Pearlesque Box may be your best way to get your hands on them if like me, are in Canada. Onto the goods though!
If you missed my last Pearlesque Box posts, and are wondering what it's all about, I suggest checking one out (here). It features a bit more info as to what you can expect with a Pearlesque Box subscription (like only organic, and natural products, and a focus on full size products- no wimpy samples) If you're ready...
"In Portuguese "Teadora" means adore you. At Teadora Beauty, they show their love for the world with natural and organic products made with novel rainforest ingredients. Their products let you experience the bounty and magic of the Amazon, while helping to improve the lives and communities where they live.
Founded by Valeria Cole, who was born and raised in Brazil, she was inspired by her mother- who cared for her skin and hair with natural remedies. And by her grandmother; who taught her the importance of social responsibility. Teadora helps fund a philanthropic exchange between the US an Brazil to promote rainforest conservation, education and leadership development."
Teadora Rainforest at Dusk Brightening & Exfoliating Mud 170 g $34 USD
I just received my Pearlesque Box, so I haven't been able to give anything a thorough use, but I can give you a general rundown. The Teadora Rainforest at Dusk Brightening & Exfoliating Mud is essentially a super-food for skin with an antioxidant rich formula that boasts superfruit oils, Amazonian white clay, and acai seeds. All together they work to remove dead skin cells, hydrate, tone, and reveal brighter skin.
Teadora Brazilian Fountain of Youth Anti-Pollution Facial Mist 30 ml $38 USD | Teadora Brazilian Glow Radiance & Renewal Oil 30 ml (travel size) $25 CAD
Two of my favourite face products are represented- mists and oils! The Teadora Brazilian Fountain of Youth Anti-Pollution Facial Mist isformulated with superfruits (Teadora loves their superfruits), hyaluronic acid, and Teadora's own YouthSpark Actives complex to hydrate, protect, and revive skin. The mist is said to be great for both pre and post makeup application, after cleansing, and whenever skin could use a boost.
The Teadora Brazilian Glow Radiance & Renewal Oil is a multi-tasking oil that can be used on hair, skin, and nails with a formula that includes Teadora's Rainforest Youth Elixir. The elixir contains a proprietary blend of antioxidant, vitamin-rich, natural, organic, and active essential oils from Amazon superfruits and argan plant stem cells. It works to hydrate, firm, smooth, and repair.
Teadora Nourishing Beauty Bar 142 g $10 USD
Last up, a special bar of soap- that's actually more than just soap. The Teadora Face & Body Toning Bar is crafted with a blend of organic Brazilian rainforest botanicals and coffee butter to firm and tone skin from your face to feet (and everything in between.) It works to reduce stretch marks, gently cleanses, and deeply moisturizes. It's perfect for daily use, is safe for even the most sensitive skin types, and is sulfate-free.
Overall, a brand I'm so happy to finally try! I love that Pearlesque Box aids in discovering something you may have otherwise never found. A monthly subscription to Pearlesque Box will set you back $39.95 (free shipping within the USA, international shipping is an additional fee.) You're pretty much guaranteed to get much more for your money- this month's box has a value of $107 USD. To receive this month's box, subscribe here by March 3rd and use code BAILEY15 to save 15% on your first order.
Pearlesque Box is now offering 3, 6, and 12 month options along with electronic gift cards that can be used in their store or on subscription purchases. What do you think? Do you or have you subscribed to Pearlesque Box? Tried anything from Teadora?
