I've learned kittens (or at least mine) don't care what you're trying to do, as long as they get what they want. I've spent the last half hour trying to set this little blog post up while cradling a very sleep bundle of fur. Easier typed (especially since I'm still holding her) than done. I know, you're thinking why don't I just put her down. You're funny; I tired. She just crawls back up. So with that, I say take any typos as kitten-related incidents and just enjoy the a few new Make Up For Ever goodies. Ready? You know what to do...

As most beauty fans know, Make Up For Ever is all about choice, They offer a huge range of products in a huge range of shades. They've recently given us a lot more options with the release of their Artist Face Colour line which includes powder hues including blush, highlighter (matte and shimmer) and contour.

More than just shade options (there are currently 34!) you've also got format options. Single pan, single pan in palette, duo in palette, trio in palette? It's all up to you. The palettes offered in this range are a mere $2 with product purchase and include a nice size mirror, a very sturdy magnet to keep pans in place, and a very secure closure on the black and silver detailed compact.

As for the actual powders, they boast an impeccable formula that is silky, easily blended and can be built up if you crave a bolder hue. Of the blush options, I've been using B 302 Shimmery Peach, which is just that, a pinky-peach with a soft shot of golden shimmer. Of the sculpting shades, I went with S 310 Praline Blush, a neutral plummy-tan. I actually chose it for use as a blush )I love a neutral blush) but it does work quite nicely for a soft contour shade.

Aside from a plethora of colour choices, MUFE is also known for their long lasting formulas. The Aqua XL range is all about that stay-all-day life, with waterproof formulas that don't smudge, transfer or fade

For liquid liner, the Aqua XL Ink gives intense, budge-proof wear with an easy to apply super fine felt tip applicator. With shades available in matte, lustrous, diamond, and metallic, there is something for all liner fans. I am always a lover of black liquid liner (the blacker the better, really) but opted to try L 20 Lustrous Deep Blue, a deep navy with a hint of sheen. It is as classic looking as black, but just that bit different and pops nicely against brown eyes.

Liner alone does not a look make, but the Aqua XL Colour Paints offer a nice addition to any look. The cream shadows are more than your average as they offer up insane pigment with a texture that is as blendable as a powder, are waterproof, smudge-proof, and crease-resistant. They also feature mango butter to hydrate skin and keep them comfortable on lids throughout the day.

The range includes an array of neutral and bold shades in matte, lustrous, and iridescent finishes. I originally opted for a neutral shade, as I was planning on using these as a base for shadow, but I ended up reviving M 82 Matte Fuchsia a very bold, bright pink. The shade is quite intense, but can be used in more subdued eye looks when paired with brown shadows. I was incredibly impressed at how nicely these set as they don't crease or move at all once dry.

Overall, more exceptional additions to the MUFE family. I am enjoying all of these products, but am especially fond of the liner, and can see more shades (aka black) being added to my collection very soon. What do you think? Are you a MUFE fan? tried any of these products?
