Another round of Friday skincare! We're taking a sidestep from Speedy Skincare this week with the new Anew Vitamin C Collection from Avon. I think I've made it abundantly clear that I live for brightening products, so vitamin c is an ingredient near and dear to my skincare loving heart. With an exfoliating and warming mask, lip treatment, and sheet mask, this collection is perfect for boosting your radiant glow. Let's take a closer look, shall we?

The main squeeze (yeah, I've got jokes) of the collection is the Vitamin C Warming Peel. I love a mask and I love a bit of exfoliation, and this mask is the perfect combination of the two. With the exfoliating combination of vitamin c flakes and natural seeds, the mask works to buff away dead skin cells leaving skin look brightened and super smooth. The best part though? When activated with water, the mask gets delightfully warm. I've used masks that are supposed to warm and just never do much, but this one delivers.

Lips aren't left out of the vitamin c party, as there is a new edition of Avon's beloved lip treatment. The Vitamin C Antioxidant Lip Treatment is a colourless, balmy treatment that works to plump, nourish and protect lips to keep them looking youthful. Formulated with vitamin c and e, this is a great everyday lip treatment as it wears really well under other products.

Aww, sheet (more jokes, I'm on a roll) there are three new sheet masks two. I don't think they're technically part of the vitamin c collection, but the Brightening Sheet Mask (with grapefruit & vitamin c) definitely matches theme. I spent some time with it last night, and it is delightful. The essence / serum isn't super runny, but not gelled, it was perfectly soaked, without being messy, and didn't leave any sticky feel on skin. It was nicely hydrating, and did in face leave my skin looking brighter and feeling oh-so-nice. The new sheet mask range is also home to a Smoothing option (with reversatrol & chia seed) and a Calming variety (with cucumber & aloe vera) making something for most.

Overall, I quite like this collection! I should add that Avon has also released a newly re-formulated version of their Vitamin C Serum that pairs with this collection. I've used it in the past and didn't love it, I am quite pleased with these additions to the family. What do you think? Are you a fan of vitamin c in products?
