Yes, more bespecticaled photos... I always take a bunch (some with my glasses, some without) and these ones were the best. I got these glasses just a few months ago, and when I picked them I didn't realize how much of a shadow they would cast on my eyes. I am so blind without them, it was hard to see what they looked like on in the office. Anyway, It has made me have to change how I do my makeup, as a lot of detail doesn't alway look right. I think a simple look with liquid liner will probably be one of my go to's from now on. Now that I am completly off topic, back to your regularly scheduled review...
In my opinion liquid eyeliners should only ever be sold in black. As I'm sure you know, black liner has the ability to open your eyes and make your lashes look longer. Of course, you can over do it or do it wrong, but a liquid liner can be your bestest bud, once you know your way around.
The type of application can make a huge difference in how easy liquid liner applies, and while I have a steady hand and can put on any type, I would say a pen style (like this one) is the best if you are new to the product. The pen tip on this product is firm, but flexible kind of like a paint brush, and has a fine end. It is very easy to get just a thin line, buy using only the tip, but I like to start thin by applying with the tip and then as I get toward the outer portion of my eye use more up the side of the pen to get a thicker line. Unlike some pens that I have used, this one is consistent in the flow of the product. You don't have to stop to shake it to get more liner in the pen.
While this product does not claim to be waterproof, I found it to be completely smudge proof an lasted well all day, even when applied on top of a creme eyeliner (as I did today.) Removal was easy and it did not stain my skin. Overall a great liquid liner.
Have you used this product? What is your favourite liquid liner?
