Face Atelier Lip Glaze is a pretty basic product. It's a gloss, slight amount of shimmer, not really thin but also not overly thick or gluey. It wore pretty well but pigmentation varied by shade. Peach was more shimmery and more sheer, while Prim Rose had minimal shimmer and more pigmentation. A nice product, but not overly different from anything I've used.
Facade is an interesting product, unlike anything I've ever tried. It has a silicone based, liquid to powder formula that is almost mousse like in texture. This product is fairly sheer when you first apply it, but it blends out to give a really natural glowy cover. You can build it up for a bolder finish and can also use it on your lips as a stain. I wasn't too fond of it on my lips, as it kind of rolled up into little clumps, and I found it didn't give a whole lot of colour payout.
In the photo it is a bit hard to tell the difference between the shades, but Cha Cha is a bright orange based peach while Arabesque is a more red toned coral shade.
Overall I like the both products, but I don't think that I would rush to purchase either.
Have you tried either of these products? What did you think?

ReplyDeleteThanks! It usually wouldn't be a shade I'd pick, but I really love it, especially for fall.
