NOTD: Curves of Blue

Last night I set out to paint my nails. I decided to use a polish I've had for a while, but have yet to use- China Glaze Four Leaf Clover. While rummaging around looking for it I found Fast Track- also China Glaze. Well, that seemed like a great pairing and an excellent chance to use the nail guide stickers I picked up. Don't you just love when things fall together like that?

Somewhere during the process my polish lineup got changed- I still haven't used Four Leaf Clover... but I did create something I'm really happy with.

If you're a reader of The Dainty Squid you've likely recognized the nail stickers. I ordered a bunch of them last year, tucked them away, and never used them. I don't know why I didn't because they're awesome! There are a bunch of styles, but I opted to go with them all. Spice of life you know. They're available here. They really couldn't be easier to use, just be sure to really (like really REALLY) let your polish dry and stick the stickers on your skin a few times first to make sure they aren't too sticky.

I used China Glaze Fast Track as the base with OPI What's With the Cattitude (light blue) as the first wave, and OPI Road House Blues on the tips. There are a few little mistakes, but overall I'm really happy with how these turned out. I'm excited to play around with the stickers, I have a bunch of ideas!

What's on your nails today?
