Fridays are for skincare. At least, they tend to be around these parts. Skincare Friday is back this week with a great little skincare set from Canadian brand IDC. I've been a fan of their Trilogy Mask for a few years (it's seriously amazing!) so I was super pleased to find this set at my door. Plus, IDC is now available from The Shopping Channel and Shoppers Drug Mart Beauty Boutique, meaning the brand is even easier to get your hands on.
"At the heart of IDC is a simple belief: let science lead the way. When we say something works, it’s because we have scientific proof that it delivers real results that will change the way you see your skin. Led by renowned scientist and innovator, Dr. Eric Dupont, IDC is the first skincare line to synergistically target all 16 mechanisms of skin aging, delivering visible results that will leave you feeling and looking like the best version of yourself. IDC products are enjoying stellar success among consumers and beauty columnists and have earned numerous international awards."
The set is made up of a full size pump-bottle of IDC's star product: Regen Express Mutlti-Benefit Integral Care. The award winning product is an all-in-one anti-aging multi-tasker that can be used on the face, neck, and eyes to improve the look of fine lines, reduce the appearance of eye puffiness and dark circles, improve radiance and hydrate. The serum like texture absorbs into skin easily and hydrates efficiently enough that you can use it without moisturizer.
I'm a mask fan in general, but the Trilogy Triple Exfoliation Mask is one of my top three favourites. I'm currently on my third tube. It's that good. It's the best of a mask and a scrub, as it works via mechanical, chemical, and enzymatic exfoliation to reveal your best skin possible. The mask acts as a purifying, exfoliating/peeling treatment to leave skin brighter, smoother, and amazing-er. Yes, amazing-er. I especially love that for a fairly intensive mask, it doesn't leave my skin feeling dry or tight after use. See my full review here.
